On Thursday, February 17, 2011, the New York State Education Department released the 2009-10 New York State School Report Cards. The report cards contain financial and demographic information and details of student performance on the state exams. See the Canajoharie school report card.
The New York State Education Department mandates that all public school districts give state tests in English language arts, math and science to all students in grades 3-8. The state assessment tests in ELA and mathematics for grades 3-8 will be given in April instead of May. Click here for a list of testing dates.
