and teacher’s who received funding from the PTA for the programs

the thank you from BOCES for the donation for shipping the books

with the books which will go to libraries in the hurricane

be held in Utica on August 11th thru August 13th. Bronwyn will

determine if this form needs to be completed.

welcome packets for new families entering the school district.
The packets will include a PTA clip, magnetic school phone list,
PTA brochure and PTA membership form. Bronwyn volunteered to
work on getting 10 packets ready for the new school year.
- Database: It was suggested that in an effort to conserve
paper a system should be put in place to determine the youngest
child in families with more than one child and send flyers home
only with that child. An example given was the school lunch
menu. Mrs. Nyahay will look at the database over the summer to
see if there is a way to use that to assist with this process.
- Other Items:
- There was a request from Mrs. Dopp for $190 for
the 5th grade for their end of the year breakfast from

for their support throughout the year’s. His support of the
PTA has also been greatly appreciated and he will be missed.

the PTA meetings with coffee throughout the year. Bronwyn
will purchase the gift for Jill.
