December 15th. Melissa thanked Jackie for all her work on the
successful movie nights.
- Purchase of Television for Middle School: Melissa reported
she had received a second estimate from LADD electronics but
will need to obtain another quote for an LCD television. Melissa
will also check the warranty regarding the installation of the
television. After some discussion it was decided Melissa would
also get a quote from Best Buy for an LCD television. This topic
will be discussed at the next meeting.

for $398.00 for box tops that were submitted. The next scheduled

website has information regarding this program.

April 18, 2007 at 7:00 pm in the Middle School Great Room.
Melissa will call Mrs. VanHeusen to confirm the use of the room.

Check group and the SADD Program for the PTA support they
received.

donation to the upcoming Sister to Sister summit. The previous
amount donated was $85. Kathy Dopp made a motion to donate $85 to
the summit with Mr. Rose seconding the motion. All were in favor.
- Other Requests for Funding: There were several requests for
PTA support for upcoming events. After a brief discussion it was
decided that two of the requests received, one from Mr. Fields and
the other from Mrs. Eggleston, were enrichment committee decisions
and would be discussed at the February 13th enrichment committee
meeting. The other request was from Mrs. Mueller for an upcoming
trip to Quebec. The request for funding was needed before the next
enrichment committee meeting so after some discussion it was
decided to fund this field trip. Melissa made a motion to fund

topic of requests being received before enrichment committee
approval can be obtained will be discussed at the next meeting.
