grade Character Day—an annual tradition
Have you ever wished you could be a character
from one of your favorite books? Perhaps you would be the
athlete in a biography, a secret agent in a spy thriller, or the
heroine in a Victorian novel. Each spring, that
dream comes true (at least in part) for East Hill's fourth
graders For one day, they all come to school dressed as
characters from their favorite books. Students were recognized
in three categories. (Click on the

In selecting winners, the judges noted that the task was
difficult because students presentations were outstanding this
