All students must have:

  • Durable plastic crayon box (not too big)
  • 24 count crayons (Crayola works best) 5-6 boxes (Students usually need new crayons about every 10 weeks)
  • #2 yellow pencils (made in the USA)- stock up and buy a dozen or two (Do not send in the pencils that have a “plastic” coating, as they do not work in our pencil sharpener) (Dixon –Ticonderoga last the longest)
  • Glue sticks (Elmer’s is a good brand. We will use glue sticks for many projects, buy 10-12 glue sticks)
  • Highlighters - 2
  • Children’s scissors (The Fiskars brand is the most durable. Wescott is another good brand)
  • An art shirt (An old t-shirt or button up shirt with short sleeves would work great)
  • 3 durable, laminated folders (red, blue, green)
  • Expo low odor dry erase markers (buy a set of 4)
  • Large Pink Pearl Eraser and some eraser caps

Please note when buying a backpack, our lockers cannot fit the backpacks on wheels. Please be sure to label all items with a Sharpie or permanent marker. Initials on pencils would be great.
