Welcome Freshman!
Due to the current restrictions, we cannot do what we would normally do for our orientation. I have made two videos for everyone, one details some of your behavioral expectations as well as our online code of conduct(behavior rubric and online code of conduct attached), and the other gives you information on scheduling and how to know what days you are in school vs. what days you are remote.
I know coming to high school can be a scary thing, there is a lot that you still don’t know, and a lot of anxiety around meeting all of your teachers and finding your way around the school. I’m sure this is made even worse by all of the restrictions currently in place.
My door is always open to you if you get lost, are having trouble finding your classes, reading your schedule, or any number of other things, just know you could always stop by my office or send me an e-mail and I will be happy to help you out in any way that I can. It all seems like a lot to take in right now, but before you know it, coming to the high school will feel as natural as it did when you were in middle school.
