Canajoharie High School art students entered competitions outside of school and received awards for their work. Students entered their artwork in four competitions this year, competing against many other schools both locally and statewide. Generous support from the PTA enabled students to enter competitions that required artworks to be in frames at art shows.
The competitions they entered were the FMCC High School Regional 2018 Art Show at the Perella Gallery, Fulton/Montgomery Counties Art Show at the Paul Nigra Center for the Creative Arts, the GFWC Adirondack District Art Competition and the GFWC New York State-level competition.
