The Canajoharie Central School District website has a fresh new face. This new site offers many of the same features visitors are used to — and a few new ones.
Aside from a new look, the site is better organized and is cutting-edge in meeting accessibility requirements for users with disabilities who are either visually impaired or lack the fine motor skills needed to use a computer mouse.
Some of the new features include:
• News Archives — View a continuously updated list of news and happenings in the district. All headlines are added to the district homepage, and school pages when necessary.
• Calendar — The new website uses Google’s free calendar feature, enabling the district to add or change dates at any time. “Sync” the district’s appointments with your own personal Google Calendar.
• Mobile responsive (easier to read on your phone or tablet).
The district’s goal is for the website to be one of the critical resources for students, parents and community members to stay informed on current and historic information.
