Dear Community Members,
Hello, I hope everyone is enjoying the summer and the amazing weather we are having! The following letter is in regard to our next Capital Building Project.
We are organizing our next capital project and would like to form a committee of different stakeholders to get feedback and help with the planning process before it is sent out to the public for a vote. This project will be focused on maintenance items for our now 25+ year old buildings at the high school and transportation garage, along with items at the middle school and East Hill complex as well. We have begun to identify key areas and are strategically looking at prioritizing items that are needed to ensure our facilities are the best they can be now and in the future.
The committee will meet each month during September, October and November at 3:30 p.m. at the high school. The dates have not been set yet. If you would like to be considered for the committee please reach out to Andrea Muhlebeck at andrea.muhlebeck@canjo.org or calling at 518-673-6302 by Tuesday, August 19th. We will reach out to the chosen committee with firm dates by August 21st.
